The diaphragm metering pump is a volumetric unit designed for the precise and controlled delivery of small quantities of fluid, even chemically aggressive or corrosive.
The operating principle is based on the oscillation of a flexible membrane, operated mechanically or hydraulically, which varies the volume of the pumping chamber.
During the suction phase, the membrane retracts, creating the vacuum that draws the fluid, while in the delivery phase it flexes forward, pushing the liquid towards the outlet.
The flow is adjustable by varying the stroke and/or the dosing frequency.
A system of check valves prevents backflow, ensuring precision and repeatability. Ideal for applications that require reliability and accurate dosing.
